Last weekend I jumped at the chance to film some vintage wheels at the Just Kampers Open Day in Odium. It was a really great experience filming and editing it all together on site, together with publicising the event of the JK blogs throughout the day. The job has led to an amazing oppotunity to jump on the road with the JK team and film at Vanfest 2009 in a couple of weeks. Exciting!
This week I got the chance to film and edit together a short teaser clip from the MPH Sound Check at Earls Court, London. Lot’s a fun, big, noisy supercars.

This is really my first public video for an organisation and to be working with a company as big as GAME has been amazing.
This is Sues story produced for ReallyRich.com. She lost her 16 year old son to Sudden Cardiac Arrest one night as he slept.
The first symptom was death itself yet it could have been prevented with a simple heart scan.
Still 12 children die every week from sudden cardiac arrest.

This is the link to the final draft of a 10 minute television documentary for my graduating year at Bournemouth University.
The topic is Surrogacy and the piece documents the lives and emotions of those who are hurt by what some see as a flawed system in the UK.
Its a special investigation targeted for broadcast on ITV News as part of the assignment although it was neither commissioned or aired on ITV.
This is part of my television journalism unit in my second year of university. It was part of a University magazine show called THE MOMENT.
I wanted to challenge myself not only with covering a controversial topic, but also with contacting individuals willing to be interviewed and also the overall presentation of these people.
Gaining top grades I was extremely happy with how this short documentary turned out. It has inspired me to try even harder in my final year to produce something engaging.
Below is a first draft with less music at the end – cant seem to work out which one i prefer.

This report was part of the Bournemouth iNews day in which I was selected to be a video journalist. The editor sent me out to Townsend Primary School in Bournemouth to cover the story about the councils decision to close the school.
I chose, because of the nature of the show, to put emphasis on the human touch stories obtained at the school that morning.
